Certificates will be dispatched within 3–5 days after the order, while trophies will be shipped within 2–3 weeks after purchase.

Customs duties may be imposed on shipments to the United States, and any related costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Kindly note that certificates and trophies are non-refundable after payment has been completed, including cases of change of mind or clerical/input errors.
